As a coach, she works with you to build the confidence needed to make systematic, sustainable change to enhance and improve life satisfaction as well as life balance.

Elizabeth provides specialized coaching for families with adolescents or young adults who are suffering from substance abuse disorder. Elizabeth coaches families to improve interactions and family functioning while ensuring that they are taking care of themselves. Families learn to facilitate change while navigating evidence-based treatment systems. Coaching activities are educational, motivational and supportive.

Elizabeth has lived and worked in eight countries. In each location, her focus has been to enhance and improve the lives of others, building on their skills and assets for lasting change.

Wellcoaches founded the first coaching school for health and wellness professionals in 2002, in collaboration with the American College of Sports Medicine, and is an International leader in coaching science. I completed the initial Wellcoaches training as well as the advanced training as a Wellcoaches Certified Professional Health and Wellness training.

Center for Progressive Recovery provides specific training as a Progressive Recovery Coach, or PRC.  A PRC helps loved ones of persons with addiction issues to navigate, engage in and use evidence-based treatment to the best of their abilities, and thereby improves the chances of long-term recovery. I completed PRC training with a focus on families of young adults or adolescents.

In addition, I have specific training in group coaching, coaching for weight loss as well as culinary coaching with the Institute of Lifestyle Medicine.

I have been married for 35 years and have 4 grown children as well as 2 grandchildren. I enjoy reading, travel, cooking and spending time with my growing family.
